Siting: Locate the nest box in a suitable position facing north to southeast, 5-8 1/4 feet high. Maintenance: Clean out the nest box annually in late autumn. To maintain the exterior appearance, repaint annually with a water-based exterior paint. 5″ x 5″ x 10″ high at peak.
